Starland Ballroom is located just 15 minutes south of New Brunswick and 10 minutes north of the old Birch Hill. Starland is located between 20 and 40 minutes from most points in central and northern New Jersey, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten Island. Starland Ballroom is no more than 10 minutes off of routes 9 and 18 and the Garden State Parkway, and just 15 minutes off of the New Jersey Turnpike. Here are directions that we've found most useful. Due to restrictions on space, Starland Ballroom employs an outside company to direct traffic in its lot. Because of this, we must charge a nominal fee to help pay for lot / safety attendants. Parking costs $10 per event.

Starland has introduced the StarParking privilege, where ticketholders can purchase StarParking privileges through AXS, AXS.com and the Starland box office. StarParking allows ticketholders to park close to the venue and receive line privileges. To purchase StarParking, visit our events page or AXS.com.

By bus: NJ Transit buses run near Sayreville daily. For example, the 818 bus runs from points in New Brunswick (Rutgers) to points near Starland, from which you can call a cab below. Generally, any bus that takes you to points in Old Bridge, Perth or South Amboy can be reached via can upon your final destination. You can also take a New Jersey Transit Train to the South Amboy stop on the New Jersey Coast line. From there, contact a local cab company (see below) to take you to 570 Jernee Mill Road.
