PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE
The default (free!) method of delivery for tickets purchased online is AXS Mobile ID.
Download the AXS app on a smartphone and log in using the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets. For enhanced ticket security, the mobile barcode changes every 60 seconds, so screenshots cannot be accepted for entry.
If you purchased tickets for someone else to use, you may transfer the tickets to their account through either the AXS app or AXS.com.

PURCHASE TICKETS IN PERSON
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Starland Ballroom box office. Box office hours are Fridays 2:00pm-6:00pm and Saturdays 12:00pm-5:00pm, as well as all show days. On show days the box office will close approximately one hour before doors and will reopen at the scheduled door time.
The box office accepts cash, Visa, AMEX, Mastercard and Discover. There is an ATM located on the premises. A $3.00 box office fee will be applied to each ticket sold in-person at the box office.
BOX OFFICE POLICIES
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, all shows are general admission standing. There are no seats associated with these tickets.
All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
Starland Ballroom is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets which were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e.: Starland box office, AXS.com). For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the cardholder on the order, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers.
Will call tickets may be picked up at the box office on the day of the event once doors open for the show. Please bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the order, the credit card used for the purchase, and the order confirmation number. Will call name changes must go through the original point of sale/receipt.
