Tickets can be purchased through the following means:
STARLAND BALLROOM BOX OFFICE: The Starland box office is located onsite at 570 Jernee Mill Road in Sayreville. Click here for driving directions.

Saturday: Noon - 5pm
Box office also open during all shows.
The Starland Ballroom box office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For your convenience, an ATM is located on the premises.
There is a $3 per ticket service charge levied at the box office.

TICKETMASTER OUTLETS AND TICKETMASTER CHARGE BY PHONE: Tickets to Starland Ballroom events are also available through Ticketmaster outlets (click to locate an outlet near you), Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone (click here to locate your local Ticketmaster charge numbers), and online at Ticketmaster.com.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. In the event a concert date is changed, see Starlandballroom.com for certain refund restrictions. Generally, in the event of a date change, ticketholders will have a set amount of time in which an exchange or refund can be granted.
In the event of a date change, tickets marked for the original date will be honored unless otherwise indicated on Starlandballroom.com's 'Events' page.

In the event is cancelled, ticketholders are entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
• Persons who bought tickets online through Ticketmaster.com will receive an automatic refund, less handling and / or convenience fees and surcharges. Please allow 7-10 days for this refund to be processed once the show cancellation is announced.
• Persons who bought tickets via a Ticketmaster retail outlet must return to that same outlet for a refund less handling and / or convenience surcharges.
• Persons who bought tickets through the Starland Ballroom box office must return to the box office for a refund less handling and / or convenience charges.
In the event of an event cancellation, ticketholders have 365 days from the date of the event to obtain a refund. Price, door times and lineups subject to change.

Parking: Due to restrictions on space, Starland Ballroom employs an outside company to direct traffic in its lot. Because of this, we must charge $6 per car to help pay for lot / safety attendants. To expedite the parking process, please have your money ready upon arrival.
